None that I can find. I have been told that Piuma is very close to Brisa in appearance and finish.

More tropical. Less Fresco-ish.

A beautiful rich hue which doesn't exist in any of the standard lightweight fabric books. A hot and humid start to October has stressed the urgency of stockpiling more Piuma while we have the chance. I will be very grumpy if I have to suffer the indignity of fresco again. Decent hand but very scratchy, and unbecoming of an elegant evening suit.

I am confident that we will not let the opportunity for an ultimate summer blazer and/or suit in dark navy pass us by. Although I am equally fond of bright navy, dark is the both the most versatile and difficult to find in summer-weight.

@Concordia please elaborate on “ More tropical. Less Fresco-ish.”

Is the midnight the middle one on the picture?

The midnight Piuma I have is the pindot pattern, not the solid.

In general, I think of Piuma as being a luxury, lightweight fresco. Finer texture, softer drape than the 10oz Fresco. A bit beefier than the 9oz.
